Your Mental Health - Men
The HSE is promoting mental health help-seeking and supports for men. In addition to existing services, men can now avail of up to six free counselling sessions with MyMind via a GP. Free confidential telephone support is also now available from Connect Counselling every day, between 5.00pm and 9.00pm, on 1800 577 577. Find out more about these supports at: www.yourmentalhealth.ie/men
