Wednesday 15th June - Arena Gym (based at Yorkgate) will provide day passes for all our male residents to try out the facilities on offer in the fitness suite. Transport leaves from Thorndale at 11.00am.

Men's Health Session will take place in Thorndale from 2.00pm - 4.00pm. During the seesion there will be several events on-going which include cholesterol checks, cookery, massage, and health awareness.
